CloudFrame Inc. Names Roseann Palmieri Executive Chairperson

CloudFrame today announced Roseann Palmieri as Executive Chairperson and member of its Board of Directors. Roseann is a highly respected advisor, senior executive, entrepreneur and data management expert with over 25 years of experience in the Financial Technology Industry. Roseann comes to CloudFrame after serving as an advisor to the company in her role as Managing Partner at Sand Hill East LLC. Sand Hill East is a strategic advisory firm working with early-stage startups to facilitate business acceleration and growth.
Ms. Palmieri assumes her Executive Chairperson role following the public debut of CloudFrame at the Fintech Innovation Lab 2019 kickoff. CloudFrame is a first-of-its-kind software company helping mainframe customers reduce costs, modernize legacy code and generate cloud-ready workloads while mitigating business risks.
Before joining Sand Hill East, Roseann was CEO of DEXTR, Inc.; a technology startup focused on delivering and transforming financial information. She was formerly Managing Director at Bloomberg where she launched their Enterprise Data Management business. Roseann joined Bloomberg from Thomson Reuters where she led their Enterprise Content business. Before entering the financial market data vendor space, Roseann Co-founded Element22, a boutique data management advisory company. Prior to this, Roseann held senior management positions at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley creating their overall information strategy and leading their Enterprise Data Management efforts.
